 Ageing: Allier oak barrils (22 months).

 Note from Winery: This wine is a jewel of enology jewelry. The blend was made two months after the fermentation. Amazing result.

 Recommended for: Baked lamb, lentils and baked beans, "cordon blue" meat, Stuffed potatoes, braised partridge.
